WINTER DULCIMER WEEKEND January 6 - 8, 2012 Kentucky Music Week's Winter Dulcimer Weekend will be held at the HOLIDAY Inn SW Louisville. The special rate for participants is $69.00 plus tax. Be sure to tell them that you are a Winter Dulcimer Weekend participant. PLEASE NOTE: You must call their local number, 502-448-2020, to receive the festival discount. Reserved rooms for Winter Dulcimer Weekend will only be held until December 1, 2011. After that there is no guarantee that rooms will be available. If you haven't reserved your room, please do so before December 15. Our host hotel, the Holiday Inn - Southwest, is offering their $10.99 breakfast buffet FREE for hotel guests (two to a room each morning). Their restaurant is catering our other meals during the festival, but they must know how many are eating ahead of time. The cost of $36.50 includes the following meals set up buffet style, and also includes 20% tip, and all taxes. This cost must be pre-paid by check ahead of time directly to KMW, Inc. Here is the food included: Saturday's Lunch includes baked chicken breast, oven baked red potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, Chef's choice dessert, tea, coffee or water. Saturday's Supper includes lasagna, spaghetti (meatless), garlic bread, salad, Chef's choice dessert, tea, coffee or water. Sunday's Lunch includes Kentucky Burgoo with corn bread, or Chef's Salad with rolls, both with Chef's choice dessert, tea, coffee or water. Their food is wonderful and this is a really good value!
